When the tool to download meteorological data from the internet (MetFetch) is started the buttons at the bottom of the screen are not visible. Also, the user is not able to resize the program display to make the buttons visible.
Reason for Error: This problem has been seen on computers where the display setting for text has been changed from the default of 100% to either 125% or 150%.
Error Resolution: The fix is to set Windows back to use a smaller text size. This can be done in Windows Control Panel | Appearance and Personalization | Display.
