Reason for Error: This error message is common when the computer is not running with the Windows Regional and Language Options set to English (United States). This same error number can also occur in other locations in the code if the settings are not correct.
Error Resolution: Check the Windows Regional and Language Options and as needed set to English (United States). If the problem persists, submit a trouble report to the RASCAL Support forum as the problem lies elsewhere in the code.
