What is the exact symptom (e.g. program crashes, error message number, etc.)? error message number : 00006. error description : Overflow Provide a screen shot of the error message and attach the saved case file if possible.

This error message typically occurs when the Windows 7.0 OS "Region and Language" settings are not set to English (United States). Other country settings may result in incorrect calculations or program crashes. Additionally, the error may still occur after changing the "Format" tab to English (United States). If it still occurs then go back into the Windows OS "Region and Language" settings and on the "Administrative" tab change the option for "Language for non-Unicode programs" to English (United States). This will require administrative rights to the computer to make this change. See the attached file for screen shots of the Windows 7.0 OS "Region and Language" settings.
